Article 1: Service Declaration

This service is limited to personal and lawful use. Users must strictly comply with the laws and regulations of their country and the service location. Purchasing the service signifies acceptance of all terms of this agreement. All fees are non-refundable once paid.

Article 2: Account Usage Guidelines

  • ❌ Prohibition of sharing accounts with multiple users (each account is for the registered user only).
  • ❌ Prohibition of using virtual machines/container technology to run multiple clients.
  • ❌ Prohibition of any form of account resale or commercial use.

Article 3: Prohibited Network Activities

  • ❌ Creating or participating in botnets or controlling compromised devices.
  • ❌ Cryptocurrency mining or proxy computing activities.
  • ❌ Unauthorized automated scripts (including but not limited to crawlers, gold-farming scripts).
  • ❌ Network attacks (e.g., DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute force attacks).
  • ❌ Large-scale packet sending (traffic flooding) or traffic proxying.
  • ❌ Any form of P2P/BT downloading or file sharing.
  • ❌ Accessing suspicious websites controlled by hackers or dark web resources containing malicious code.

Article 4: Content and Behavior Restrictions

  • ❌ Prohibition of disseminating or accessing illegal content (including but not limited to child pornography, terrorism-related content).
  • ❌ Prohibition of engaging in online fraud, phishing, or spamming.
  • ❌ Prohibition of conducting hacking attacks or penetration testing through this service.
  • ❌ Prohibition of any high-load operations that may jeopardize server stability.

Article 5: Violation Handling

  1. First-time violations will result in service suspension and a warning notice.
  2. Severe violations or repeated violations will lead to permanent account suspension.
  3. Suspected illegal activities will be reported to judicial authorities.
  4. Users shall bear compensation for server losses caused by violations.

Article 6: Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the following:

  1. Service interruptions caused by force majeure.
  2. Losses resulting from users’ own device security issues.
  3. Legal consequences arising from users’ violation of this agreement.
  4. Restrictions caused by changes in service provider policies.

Article 7: Agreement Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Revised terms will be announced or notified via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Effective Date

This agreement takes effect upon publication. The final interpretation right belongs to the service provider.
